Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our travel consulting services require individualized research, time commitments, and bespoke planning from our dedicated concierge specialists. Consequently:

• Non-Refundable Retainers: All initial intake fees, trip design retainers, and consulting fees are 100% non-refundable once research and itinerary creation have commenced.
• Service Cancellation: You may cancel your consulting agreement with us at any time by notifying us in writing at info@zomotravel.com. Upon cancellation, any hours or services already delivered are non-refundable, and any remaining balance for completed work will become due immediately.

When coordinating your travel logistics, we facilitate bookings with premier third-party service providers:

• Zomo Travel acts strictly as a consultant/broker and is not responsible for the refund policies of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels, local guides).
• If a trip is canceled, altered, or delayed by a supplier or by the client, the supplier's explicit terms and conditions will govern your right to a refund. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations.
