Welcome to Zomo Travel (https://zomotravel.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our professional travel consulting services. By engaging our services or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Zomo Travel provides custom travel itineraries, logistics consulting, and booking assistance (the “Services”). We are travel planners and facilitators; we do not own, operate, or control any transportation, lodging, or tour entities.

As facilitators, we leverage global wholesale networks and industry partnerships to curate tailored itineraries and assist with bookings, while independent third-party operators fulfill the respective travel components.

Pricing, Payments, and Currency

All financial transactions and service retainers conform to the following standards:

Currency: All prices for our consulting packages are displayed and processed in USD.
Secure Processing: Payments are collected securely via our third-party processor (Stripe). Card information is encrypted and never stored on our host servers.
Pricing Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, but price changes will never retroactively impact already active contracts.

PCI-DSS Compliant Infrastructure:

Cardholder transactions are processed using industry-standard TLS encryption through Stripe. Zomo Travel does not have access to or retain full primary account numbers or security codes.

Limitation of Liability

Please review our liability framework carefully before procuring consulting or travel arrangements:

Third-Party Actions: The Company is not liable for injury, property damage, financial loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, bankruptcy, or negligence of any third-party travel supplier.
Travel Requirements: Travel requirements (passports, visas, health vaccinations) are the sole responsibility of the traveler. We provide informational guidance, but cannot guarantee entry into any foreign country.

Traveler Documentation Responsibility

Every passenger must possess valid travel documents, including passports valid for at least 6 months past return travel dates, necessary visas, and health records required by border control in transit and destination nations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
